Question: What devices can this be used for?
Answer: Apple, Samsung, and other Qi devices care compatible with quake, please check above under "Unmatched Compatibility" for specific devices.

Question: Does it come with a charging cable and fast charging adapter?
Answer: Yes! It now comes with our new and improved Type C USB and 3.0 Fast Charge Adapter!

Question: Can I charge some Apple devices on the Samsung charger and vice versa?
Answer: Unfortunately no, since the charging mechanisms are slightly different, they are made to specifically charge designated devices.

Question: How many devices can it charge?
Answer: You can charge 3 devices simultaneously 

Question: Will I get delivered the correct plug?
Answer: Yes, based off the address you enter when you order, we will assign the correct plug type for your country.

Question: Will it charge with my phone case on? 
Answer: It is compatible with most device cases, that aren't too thick, although we do not recommend a wallet style case with cards in the back. We do not recommend charging your phone wirelessly with a steel plate or magnetic back.
